Refund policy

Nothing makes us happier than a crew of satisfied customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. Rest assured we will make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you may want to know regarding our refund & return policy:

You have 24h to cancel or amend an order once you place it. We keep this 24 hour “wiggle” room in case you realize there was a spelling mistake in your personalization request, or if you change your mind.

Once the 24h is passed, please reach out via email at info@bleucieldesigns.com if you would like a refund. We are happy to provide a full refund if your order has not yet been processed. Once the order is in processing, we are final sale and cannot offer a refund due to the fact that the orders are all personalized and custom.

Once you receive your product, we are happy to exchange if there are any manufacturer defects or something damaged it during the shipping process.
